John Rubin was elected to the Kansas Legislature based on a background of experience that gives him the judgment necessary to make the tough decisions required in Topeka. Combined with his bedrock principles of limited government, fiscal responsiblity, lower taxes, and the right to life, John does is best to represent the values and people of the 18th District. From time to time, John will be issuing commentaries on some of the important issues facing Kansans.
